Welcome to IDEAL Counseling. We are excited to have a chance to let you know who we are and what services we provide to individuals, families, and to the community.

IDEAL Counseling is dedicated to providing Intentional counseling, supervision and training services. We believe that each individual is entitled to personal Direction and Education to encourage self-Awareness; and this growth will lead to personal Liberation. To this end, IDEAL Counseling is a place for you to learn, heal, and grow.

At IDEAL we believe that each individual has the right to make their own choices to determine their own outcome. Each person is an agent unto themselves and responsible and accountable to society, their families, and themselves in their various roles—be they individual, spouse, parent, professional, and so on. As an agency we provide individually-tailored treatment plans created in conjunction with the client. We provide intentional services to aid the client in their personal growth.

As professionals, we work to better our skills as clinicians and care for ourselves to provide the best service possible for our clients.

As supervisors, we provide a strong educational environment in which new therapists and interns can grow in technical and practical therapeutic competence.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
